Tasking requests are more powerful
Submit requests spanning multiple payloads. See exactly where your request is with the new "Processing" status. Know when your data will arrive with visible delivery deadlines.
Catalogue browsing is more reliable
Search, filters, and map views behave predictably. QA metadata is richer. Sentinel-2 L2A imagery is now supported.
Orders are easier to track
Every order now has a reference number. Statuses are clearer and consistent across the platform.
Applications are more consistent
Workflow apps now live under the Data Applications framework. Custom application forms support validation, geometry inputs, and date selection.

Tasking
New "Processing" status for tasking requests and activities
Tasking requests and activities now show a dedicated "Processing" status, giving clearer visibility into where a request is in the pipeline.
Data delivery deadline displayed on activities
The expected data delivery deadline is now shown on both the activity list item and activity detail panel, so users know when to expect their data.
Price update on activity edit
When editing an activity's roll angle or duration, the updated acquisition price is shown immediately, so users can make informed decisions before confirming changes.
Exit button when creating a tasking request
A clear exit option with a confirmation prompt is now available when creating a tasking request, preventing accidental data loss.
Catalogue & STAC
Third-party collection gating
Access to third-party collections is now gated by contract, ensuring only authorised users can browse and use those datasets.
Orders & Billing
Order number added
Orders now display an order number, making it easier for users and support teams to reference and track specific orders.
Order status refactored
Order statuses have been restructured to be clearer and more consistent across the platform.
Mission ID added to contract product resources
Contract product resource details now include mission name, ID, and sensor name, giving delivery and operations teams better visibility into what is covered by each contract.
Quota and credits documentation
User-facing documentation for quota and credits management is now available, helping customers understand how their usage is tracked and billed.

Tasking
Improved activity failure and cancellation messages
Messages shown when activities fail or are cancelled are now clearer and more informative, reducing ambiguity when troubleshooting.
Credits balance refreshes immediately after cancellation
Your credit balance updates immediately after you cancel a tasking request — no manual page refresh required.
Cancellation message updated to "will be refunded"
The cancellation confirmation now explicitly states that credits will be refunded where applicable.
